WINDOW CLEANING

We use traditional and new methods to get windows to shine. Traditional is used in most situations, using a mop, squeegee, abrasives, razors, soaps and ladders to clean and access windows. Using this method we can remove paint, stains, organic build up and anything else that gets on a window. The newer method is using a pure water system.Simply explained, this is a process of using a water filtration system which hooks up to any hose outlet. The water goes through a three stage filtration system, exits into a small hose which is attached to a brush head that shoots water at the window. The brush head is attached to an extension pole capable of reaching 4 stories. This system is most often used in a situation where access to a window is too dangerous or not accessible without this system. As well this works great for recurring work where the first clean is done traditionally to get all the tough debris off first then the next visit it done with the water fed system to speed up the job.

The way we go about our pressure washing changes depending on what surface is being cleaned. Depending on the surface, different chemicals are used to pre-treat (help loosen up dirt, grime, stains, organics). Following the pre-treat, we use a surface cleaner or regular spray gun to clean the surface properly and efficiently. Once again, depending on the surface we may or may not apply a post-treat of chemicals (helps make sure organics don't grow back as fast and leaves the surface looking as clean as possible).

Soft washing is a gentle exterior cleaning method that uses low water pressure (similar to a garden hose) combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions to kill and remove organic growth like algae, mold, and mildew, preventing damage to delicate surfaces such as roof shingles, siding, and windows, and offering longer-lasting results than traditional high-pressure washing. It works by applying a solution (often diluted bleach/sodium hypochlorite with soap) that soaks into and eliminates the stains at their root, rather than just blasting them away.
ROOF DEMOSSING

Depending on the customer’s request, we can remove all moss from the roof and then apply a moss-killing solution. Another option is to simply apply a moss-killing solution if the moss growth is minimal.

Using medium- to hard-bristle brushes, we gently brush along the edges of the shingles to remove moss. After the moss is removed, we use a blower to clear debris from the roof and gutters. We then spray a moss-killing solution onto the roof. Any remaining moss absorbs the solution, allowing it to reach the roots and gradually kill the moss over time.
GUTTER CLEANING
